Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and unboxing video of the product received.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@leofoto.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception & create an unboxing video of your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Warranty - We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited 10-year warranty for purchases made on Leofoto Tripods, Monopods and Heads. Rest all other accessories have 1 year warranty.
    Warranty Exclusion - The Leofotoindia  10 Year Warranty does not cover products that are physically damaged, broken, scratches products that are modified, and lost or stolen products.
  • To file for a warranty claim, please contact us atleofoto@jagdambadelhi.com with a Proof of Purchase and a detailed description of the issue(s) with pictures and videos.
  • Support - Our team is available to provide aftercare support for your productson Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM. By registering your purchase, you can easily access our support services to ensure that you get the most from your products.
  • Offers & Updates - As a registered Leofotoindia customer, you will receive special offers, notifications of new products, and featured updates to keep you informed and up-to-date.


WARRANTY CLAIM: If the product qualifies for Leofoto india's 10 Year Warranty, please send the defective product to us at the address below. Once the Leofoto India receives and inspects the product, a replacement may be issued within 10-15 working days.
